Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies
  • Express Shipping: Charges vary based on location and weight and will be shown at checkout (if available)

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or our tracking page.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to most cities and towns across India. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you for an alternative solution.

International shipping is currently not available.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive your order with damaged packaging, missing items, or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
