Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Please do not send the item back without prior approval.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Digital products or software licenses once delivered or activated.
- Services or subscriptions once usage has begun.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
